About Jamie:

I am a user experience designer working as the Director of New Media at Maine Boats Homes & Harbors Magazine. I am also the publisher of WeddingsDownEast.com, an online guide to weddings in Maine. I started my career as an adventure photographer and was the founder of Outside Images a stock photo agency that represented over 50 photographers during my time with the company. In 1995 I had the privilege to climb with blind mountaineer, Erik Weihenmayer, documenting our successful journey to the summit of of Mt. McKinley (Denali), Alaska.

I have worked as project manager for several web site projects including budget and planning for: custom digital media management and image archiving systems, user interface design, information architecture planning and taxonomy strategy. I have traveled to and lived in many beautiful places throughout my career. I currently live within walking distance of work with my wife and two children.
